How it works

2. Refer the opportunity. Share the basics of the deal or the client's financing need — no packaging, paperwork, or negotiation required from you.
3. Hawkmen runs the deal. We develop the financing strategy, match it with the right lender, and manage it through closing, with you kept in the loop.
4. Get paid at funding. Your referral fee is paid once the transaction closes — no fee is ever owed if it doesn't fund.

Compensation

A revenue share of Hawkmen's own commission on the closed deal — not an added cost to your client, and nothing owed unless it funds:

Compensation is a share of the commission Hawkmen earns on the transaction, confirmed in writing before your first referral is submitted, and is subject to applicable state law and licensing requirements. In the small number of states that require a license to broker commercial loans, referral compensation for a pure introduction — where you do not negotiate loan terms, rates, or fees — is generally still permitted; we'll confirm this with you directly for your state.

What you're not responsible for

• Packaging the deal or preparing a lender-ready presentation
• Negotiating rates, points, terms, or fees with the borrower
• Underwriting, documentation, or closing coordination
