Cookie Policy
This Cookie Policy explains how Hawkmen Enterprises LLC (“Hawkmen,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) uses cookies, pixels, and similar technologies on hawkmenent.com.
1. What cookies and similar technologies are
Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. Pixels, tags, and similar technologies can recognize a browser or device and record interactions with a website. These technologies help websites operate, remember preferences, understand usage, and measure advertising.
2. How we use these technologies
- Essential functions: security, session management, and core website operation.
- Preferences: remembering choices and improving usability.
- Analytics and performance: understanding how visitors use our pages so we can improve content and performance.
- Advertising and measurement: measuring campaigns, building audiences, retargeting visitors, and improving our marketing.
3. Meta Pixel
We use the Meta Pixel, provided by Meta Platforms, Inc., to measure advertising performance, understand website activity, build advertising audiences, retarget visitors, and improve our marketing.
Depending on your browser, device, consent choices, and interaction with our website, the Meta Pixel may collect or receive page URLs, referral information, browser and device information, IP-derived information, cookie or advertising identifiers, and website events.
Our current implementation may send a PageView event across the website and ViewContent and InitiateCheckout events on the Know Before You Apply™ funnel. Those events may include product information such as the product name, content identifier, and the $27 USD price.
We do not intentionally include financing-application answers, uploaded documents, payment-card details, or other information entered into Hawkmen forms in Meta Pixel events.
For more information, review Meta’s Privacy Policy and Cookies Policy.
4. Managing cookies and advertising choices
You can delete or block cookies through your browser settings. Disabling essential cookies may affect some website functions. You may also review and manage Meta advertising preferences through Meta Ad Preferences.
Your browser or device may also offer privacy controls that limit cookies or cross-site tracking. The availability and effect of these controls depend on the technology you use.
5. Third-party services
Third-party platforms, payment providers, embedded services, analytics services, and advertising providers may use their own cookies or similar technologies. Their collection and use of information are governed by their own privacy and cookie policies.
6. Policy updates and contact
We may update this Cookie Policy when our technology, services, or legal obligations change. The date below shows the latest revision.
Questions may be sent to info@hawkmenent.com or mailed to Hawkmen Enterprises LLC, 5630 Bartmer Ave, St. Louis, MO 63112.
