Our role

• We collect information about your deal and borrower profile.
• We help structure and package a lender-ready request.
• We submit to third-party lenders or lending partners that may fit your request.
• We communicate lender feedback and coordinate conditions through closing, when applicable.

Compensation

Hawkmen may receive compensation in one or more ways depending on the service:

• Broker commissions paid by a lender or partner upon funding/closing.
• Client-paid advisory or packaging fees for certain services (if disclosed at purchase).

Compensation can vary by lender, product type, and complexity. If a fee applies to you, it will be disclosed before you pay.

No guarantee of approval

Loan approvals, terms, and pricing are determined solely by third-party lenders and are subject to underwriting. Hawkmen does not guarantee outcomes.

Third-party lenders

Lenders may request additional information, perform independent verification, and impose conditions. You are responsible for reviewing and accepting any lender terms directly.
